Stuff the Bus is the signature project of The Junior League of Bryan-College Station, Inc. (JLBCS), and provides thousands of children in our community with essential school supplies each year.

JLBCS has purchased $70,000 worth of school supplies for the 2024-2025 school year, which provides thousands of school supply kits to K-12 students in Bryan and College Station!

2025 Stuff the Bus Drive Dates and Locations

• Monday, July 21, 5:30pm – 7:30pm: Kickoff at Kendra Scott (Profit Share)
• Wednesday, July 23, 4pm – 8pm: Blue Baker on University Dr
• Thursday, July 24, 4pm – 8pm: Blue Baker on Mills Park Circle
• Friday, July 25, 4- 8pm: HEB – Tower Point
• Saturday, July 26, 10am – 2pm: HEB Tejas Center

School supplies needed include (updated 06/23/2025): 

• #2 pencils 
• pink erasers
• crayons
• dry erase markers
• glue sticks
• pencil pouches
• scissors

Stuff the Bus began in 2000 and is primarily supported by the funds raised at our annual Betting on the Brazos in the fall, through raffle tickets sales, table and event ticket sales, and our silent auction.
