Freedom Reins

The Junior League of Bryan-College Station has paired up with the Brazos Valley Rehabilitation Center to volunteer for their Hippotherapy Program. This program is designed to help children and adults with physical, mental, and speech limitations to become stronger and to challenge them. The Junior League volunteers help by becoming side walkers with the patients and horses. They assist the physical, speech and occupational therapists with the patients. 

This was a Junior League project from 2003-2006.
